Yes, the web site is new. There's not a lot of content yet but that will come with time. And I know, it looks pretty plain too. We'll do something about that once the new MBRA logo is finalized.
The new site is based on the application used to run the OBRA web site. (Thank you Scott Wilson and OBRA!) The site allows the folks that maintain MBRA schedules, results and other types of content to enter that information themselves rather than having everything go through me. And users of the web site will have easier access to that information. For example you will now be able to view results not only by event but by racer and team as well.
The next big challenge for me will be to write the code to calculate standings in the various MBRA competitions - Road, MTB and 'cross BAR, road BAT, and the Women's Cat 4 Challenge. If I can figure this one out, it will save a lot of work for John Coulthard, our statistician, and will provide you with real time standings.
