RESULTS- CLINTON TRAINING RACE NUMBER TWO 2004

Attached are the results for the second Clinton training race.

We're still testing video camera results so didn't get everyone's number.

We had approximately 61 starters for the handicap style race. The "B" field

was given a six minute head start be were caught by the "A" field with about 10

miles remaining in the 43 mile race held under typical Montana spring

conditions of wind, snow, rain and sun.

Thanks to our volunteers, especially Don Russell Chief Referee and Steve

Dolberg head registrar and go to guy. Also Jeff Crouch and Tim Bechtold for

saving the race by clearing up permit problems. Also to the Montana Highway

Patrol for their much valued presence. The race couldn't have happened without

their help.

Thanks also to The Big Dipper Ice Cream for the ice cream certificates.

And one more thanks to the racers for turning out and making this once again

the best attended (outside of Ecology Center Classic) race in Montana.
