Race sanctioned by USA Cycling USCF permit pending

The Course:

The race will take place at the Fort Missoula grounds, on the roads around the museum

Race Schedule:

Masters - 8:00am - 30min + 1 lap

Women 1,2,3,4 - 8:45 - 30min + 1 lap

Men 4,5 & Juniors - 9:30 - 30min + 1 lap

Men 1,2,3 - 10:15 - 50min + 1 lap

Registration:

Opens at 7:00 a.m. and closes 30 minutes before each respective race!!!

Fees:

$15 race entry, includes USCF insurance surcharge. USCF annual or one-day licenses required and available for purchase on-site. MBRA memberships and permanent numbers also available at race. Racers without permanent MBRA numbers must purchase a one-day number for $2.

Other Details:

All USCF rules apply. Free lap rule in effect until five (5) laps to go.

Racers must wear helmets while racing or warming up/down.

Race is part of the Subaru Montana Cup Series – results are worth double points!

Racers must hold a USCF Annual license to be eligible for championship medals.

Important Note:

Immediately following the Criterium, MBRA will host a BBQ picnic where we’ll crown the winners of the Subaru Montana Cup Series, hand out over $2000 in random drawing prizes (winners need not be present, but are responsible for obtaining prizes), and hold our annual meeting.

Directions:

In Missoula, take Hwy. 93 (Reserve Street) to South Avenue. Head west, past Community Medical Center and soccer/rugby field to diagonal paved drive on south (left) side of road. Follow this drive to the Ft. Missoula Museum and race parking.
