/x-tad-bigger>Registration, staging and start of the race will be at the
Phillipsburg Parks and Rec. ball fields area located about .25 of mile from
downtown Phillipsburg by the Granite County School and USFS office. There will
be a neutral rolling start onto Hwy 1 - racing will begin once riders reach the
Hwy.
Category 1,2,3 riders will head south-east towards Anaconda/Georgetown Lake for

miles, and will continue on Hwy 1 up the climb to the Lake. They will continue
around the lake before descending back to Hwy 38/A.K.A.Skalkaho Hwy where they
will ride turn left onto Hwy 38. Once on Hwy 38 they will ride for approx. 12
miles - then take a hard (dangerous corner) right turn onto Rock Ck. Road (dirt
road). They will proceed for 7.5 miles on Rock Ck. road until it turns into
pavement at Hwy 348. Then ride 12 - 14
miles on Hwy 348 to Phillipsburg and the finish.
Everyone else will ride backwards on the route….heading north on Hwy 1 and
making a left turn onto Hwy 348. The race will go out for 5 miles before
turning around and doing a complete loop. They will continue back to Hwy 1,
turn right onto Hwy 1for approximately 6 miles to to Hwy 38/A.K.A.Skalkaho Hwy
where they will ride turn right onto Hwy 38. Once on Hwy 38 they will ride for
approx. 12 miles - then take a hard (dangerous corner) right turn onto Rock Ck.
Road (dirt road). They will proceed for 7.5 miles on Rock Ck. road until it
turns into pavement at Hwy 348. Then ride 12 - 14 miles on Hwy 348 to
Phillipsburg and the finish.

$20 race entry, includes USCF insurance surcharge. USCF annual or one-day
licenses required and available for purchase on-site; MBRA memberships and
permanent numbers also available at race. Racers without permanent MBRA numbers

/x-tad-bigger>From Missoula, take Interstate 90 to Highway 1 at Drummond.
North on Highway 1 along Flint Creek to the town of Philipsburg and look for
sign-in area south of the downtown by the US Forest Service office and the
Granite County school. Phillipsburg is approximately 25 miles from I-90.
