BOHART BASH MOUNTAIN BIKE RACE

Team WinS (Women in Sports) presents:

WHAT: The Bohart Bash Mountain Bike Race

WHEN: July 11, 2004, race start 10 AM

Registration and check in: 8:30-9:30 AM

WHERE: Bohart Ranch, 16 miles north of Bozeman up

Bridger Canyon

PACKET PICKUP: Saturday July 10, 5-7 PM at Bangtail Bikes

$25 entry fee up until June 30th

$30 entry fee after June 30th

$10 for ages 5-11

$10 NORBA 1-day Sport License (necessary for racing)

purchase at packet pickup or race day if you don_t

already have one.

FEE includes: Goodie bag, post race snacks, CASH

prizes for Expert Division, AWARDS for top finishers,

RAFFLE DRAWING for riders and spectators.

COURSE: 8K lap of hilly trails through the forest of

Bohart Ranch. Expert women do 4 laps, Expert men do 5

laps, Sport division is 3 laps, Beginner is 2 laps,

1st Timer is 1 lap, Kids_ Race (5-11) is a short loop.

SAFETY: You MUST purchase a NORBA (National Off-Road

Bicycle Association) one-day license for insurance

purposes. Please NO DOGS. Everyone MUST wear helmets.

PURPOSE: This is one of the few mountain bike races in

Montana, and it is a fundraiser for AWARE, a nonprofit

organization to help disadvantaged children and

adults.
